Terms of Service

By using Casecut (casecut.app), operated by web.raw/studio, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to your designs and the videos you make. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Only import files you have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Casecut to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or overload or attack the service.

The service

Features, limits and prices may change; a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. We do our best to keep Casecut running, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties.

Plans and payments

Casecut has a free plan (3 exports a week in 1080p; once a week you can earn 5 extra exports by publicly posting a video made with Casecut on X with casecut.app in the text — we may withhold or remove the bonus if the post is deleted or misleading) and paid plans — see Pricing. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns; its buyer terms also apply.

Figma

Casecut uses the Figma API with read-only access. Casecut is not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll note the date above and tell active users about important changes.
